ABSTRACT
In the world of management it is not difficult to find organizations that are totally dissatisfied with the income of their workers and with the results of the company or, conversely, workers dissatisfied with the company that is inserted. However, what many organizations fail to realize is that most of the time the problem lies in how it deals with the human side of the company, because it ignores the importance of the human resources department and the use of psychology to organizational environment. Following this idea, this scientific article will defend the importance of the implantation of the psychological tools in the HR sector based on the theories defended by great authors of the administration.
