ABSTRACT
The present work aims to work with children from 11 to 14 years of age, attending the 6th Year of Elementary School - class of RCI, through art therapy, in order to rescue positive self-image and stimulate changes. The RCI classes have a differentiated program to help students who presented some delay in the learning process, the work developed in art therapy, contributed to these students to express their anguish and difficulties, showing their individuality, working their emotions, thus actively participating Of their learning. In this way the student sees himself as a transforming agent, capable of acting in his environment using the artistic language.
